We hope you love your Anielka piece. If it’s not quite right, returns and exchanges are simple.
Can I return my order? Yes—full-priced items may be returned or exchanged within our timeframe. Sale/discounted items are final sale unless faulty. To start a return/exchange: email contact@anielka.com (include order number, name, checkout email, reason). We’ll send instructions. A prepaid label is included for domestic returns (we can re-issue digitally if misplaced).
Return & exchange policy Timeframe: 14 calendar days from delivery; ship the return within this window. Return location: Return from the original delivery country (contact us first if different; extra charges may apply). Condition: Unworn, unwashed, original condition with all tags, packaging, fabric bags, accessories. Returns with marks/scents/signs of wear may be declined. Swimwear: Eligible if unworn with hygiene stickers and tags intact.
Return shipping fees Australia: complimentary returns. International: AUD $30 return-shipping fee deducted from the refund.
Refunds Refunds go to the original payment method (excluding original shipping). Allow up to 10 business days (payment provider dependent). We’ll email confirmation once processed.
Exchanges Note your requested size/colour in the return email. Once your original parcel is scanned in transit, we can ship the replacement. Exchanges depend on stock; if unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.
Incorrect or faulty items Email contact@anielka.com with order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly. Items damaged by normal wear, accidents, or not following care instructions aren’t considered faulty.
Important notes - We may decline returns showing wear, damage, or alteration. - Rejected returns can be returned to you at your expense. - Refunds exclude original and return shipping fees unless the item is faulty.
