These Terms govern your use of www.anielka.com and any purchases from Anielka Pty Ltd (ABN 50 978 591 495) (“Anielka”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) About Anielka
Anielka is an Australian fashion label offering women’s apparel and accessories. Orders are processed by Anielka Pty Ltd in Australia and shipped worldwide.

2) Eligibility
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information to place an order.

3) Products & availability
Product information is provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations (colour, texture, measurements) may occur due to screen display or production processes.
All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

4) Pricing, currency & payment
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default. Any other currencies shown are for convenience; orders are charged in AUD unless otherwise stated at checkout. International customers are responsible for local duties and taxes.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, Shop Pay and BNPL options (e.g., Afterpay/Klarna).
While we take care with pricing and information, errors can occur; if so, we’ll contact you to confirm or issue a full refund.

5) Orders
Order confirmation acknowledges receipt, not acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order (availability, payment issues, suspected fraud). Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

6) Shipping & delivery
Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination; tracking is provided on dispatch. Risk and title pass on delivery to your address or collection by your nominated carrier. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

7) Returns & exchanges
Full-priced items may be returned/exchanged within 14 days if unworn and in original condition. Domestic returns are complimentary; international returns incur a $30 AUD return fee deducted from the refund. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details. Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8) Website use
Use the site lawfully; do not upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security. We may suspend access for breaches.

9) Intellectual property
All site content (designs, imagery, text, graphics, logos) is owned/licensed by Anielka Pty Ltd. No reproduction without permission.

10) Promotions & discounts
Promotions have their own terms and cannot be combined, applied retrospectively, or redeemed for cash unless stated.

11) Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

12) Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties (express/implied). Use of the site is at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited.

13) International customers
You are responsible for local import rules, duties, taxes, and fees.

14) Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.

16) Governing law
Laws of Victoria, Australia apply; courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction.
