Timeframes are estimates from dispatch and can vary due to customs or courier delays.

Order processing
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.

Tracking
Tracking is provided by our carriers (Australia Post, DHL, FedEx). Once in transit, occasional delays are outside our control.

Delivery address & risk
Please provide a street address (no PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers). Risk and title pass on delivery to your address or collection by your nominated carrier.

Duties & taxes
Australia: Prices include GST.
International: Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility. If a parcel returns due to unpaid duties, wrong address, or being unclaimed, we deduct return costs (minimum AUD $15) and any customs charges from your refund.

Order changes & cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately, so changes are usually not possible after checkout. If you contact us promptly, we’ll do our best prior to dispatch.
