Order processing
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.

Tracking
Tracking is provided by our carriers (Australia Post, DHL, FedEx). Once in transit, occasional delays are outside our control.

Delivery address & risk
Please provide a street address (no PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers). Risk and title pass on delivery to your address or collection by your nominated carrier.

Duties & taxes
Australia: Prices include GST.
United States: All duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, as required by U.S. customs regulations. No additional duties or taxes are payable upon delivery.
Other International Destinations: Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, an incorrect address, or being unclaimed, return shipping costs (minimum AUD $15) and any customs charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Order changes & cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately, so changes are usually not possible after checkout. If you contact us promptly, we’ll do our best prior to dispatch.
